The Co-Creative Leadership Alliance is a global community of seasoned practitioners committed to improving the way leadership is practiced—one leader, one team, and one organization at a time. Individually, CCLA members have held roles at every level, from first-line manager to C-suite executive, across industries as diverse as consumer goods, retail, hospitality, petroleum, technology, and education. They’ve worked with frontline workers, union officials, managers, CEOs, business owners, and entrepreneurs, gaining valuable insights from them all.
They believe the need for thoughtful, collaborative leadership is greater than ever. As challenges in work and life grow more complex, they want to help equip leaders to think critically, communicate effectively, and work together to find innovative solutions.
